As Chief Executive Officer of CARE Hospitals, Dr. Kumar leads a complex healthcare platform with a focus on disciplined execution, performance improvement and sustainable institutional development. Prior to CARE Hospitals, Dr. Kumar served as Chief Executive Officer of Livasa Hospitals and earlier held senior leadership roles at Cloudnine Hospitals and Max Healthcare. At Cloudnine, he was closely associated with operational growth and expansion, including the development of 11 hospitals across North India, reflecting his ability to scale healthcare platforms while maintaining operational discipline.

Dr. Kumar holds an MBBS from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), an MD in Anaesthesiology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, and a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business.
