Mr. Hari Prasad V K is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across governance, risk and compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management and business process assurance.
He currently serves as Head of Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance at Aster DM Healthcare, responsible for internal audit, enterprise risk management and governance systems across the listed entity and its group companies.
He has extensive experience in designing and implementing robust internal control frameworks, SOX compliance, ISAE 3402 and SSAE 16 engagements, forensic reviews, continuous control monitoring and enterprise-wide GRC structures across multiple sectors including FMCG, ITES, financial services and pharmaceuticals.
He has worked extensively across global markets including North America, Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific, setting up assurance functions and strengthening governance frameworks for multinational organisations.
