Mr. T. J. Wilson is a Director and Head -Integration, ESG and CSR for Aster DM Quality Care Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calicut, Kerala, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With extensive experience in governance, finance, and corporate affairs, he has previously worked with Koyenco Feeds Private Limited and Parle (Exports) Limited. In his current role, he oversees the company's legal, secretarial, governance, and internal audit functions, while also leading a significant portfolio of new hospital development projects across the Group. He has been associated with the company as a Director since April 20, 2009, contributing to its governance framework and long-term strategic growth.
