Mr. Vinod Raman is a business technology and transformation leader with over 25 years of global experience across enterprise software, retail, e-commerce, automotive, education and healthcare. He has a proven track record of creating measurable customer, business and operational value through digital innovation, enterprise platforms, data programmes and large-scale technology transformation.

As Group Chief Technology Officer of Quality Care India Limited, Mr. Raman leads the group’s technology and digital transformation agenda across India and Bangladesh. His mandate spans patient-facing digital channels, clinical systems, hospital operations, corporate systems, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data privacy and interoperability, ensuring that the group operates on resilient, scalable and compliant technology foundations across its hospitals.

Prior to Quality Care India, Mr. Raman served as Chief Technology Officer at GEMS Education, where he managed a substantial technology budget and led teams across multiple group companies. He conceived and delivered LearnOS, an AI/ML-powered multi-tenant school SaaS platform, and led major transformation programmes involving Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and cloud migration to AWS and Azure, improving efficiency, scalability, reliability and cost performance.

At Mahindra First Choice Wheels, he led technology across physical, digital and offshoring businesses, scaled platforms, implemented AI/ML innovations, deployed SAP and Salesforce, and helped establish the company as a trusted omnichannel used-car platform. At Peel-Works, he scaled the platform significantly, supported GMV growth, and implemented cloud-native POS, e-commerce and SaaS analytics platforms. He also spent nearly 15 years at Oracle, progressing to Director and contributing to flagship products such as Oracle Cloud Database, Autonomous Cloud Database, Exadata, Real Application Clusters and GoldenGate.

Mr. Raman holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Control Systems, Electronics and Computers from Delhi University. He has received several awards and recognitions for AI, digital innovation and technology-enabled transformation, and has completed certifications in healthcare digital transformation, AI, generative AI, cloud architecture, design thinking and machine learning.
